Throughout her career, she has assisted thousands of individuals and families with their home financing needs. She is renowned for her remarkable career trajectory and unwavering commitment to excellence. Currently, Carrie serves as the Branch Manager of Fairway Independent Mortgage - CG Home Loan Partners, EVP of Communications at Fairway Corporate, and the Leader Coach for Fairway's Ignite Coaching program.

Over her decades in the industry, Carrie has worn multiple hats, equipping her with a unique talent for coaching real estate industry professionals of all kinds. Her professional journey is characterized by a dedication to providing personalized strategies, inspiration, and guidance to Loan Officers, Realtors, Title Agents, and more, helping them achieve new levels of success.

With an impressive career in the mortgage and coaching industries, Carrie, also known as the "Mortgage Maven", is not just a financial expert; she is a compassionate leader, a devoted wife, and a mother of seven.

Outside of the real estate industry, one of her most significant passions beyond is supporting &  giving back to veterans. She is deeply committed to the American Warrior Initiative, one of Fairway's non-profit organizations, which has educated over 35,000 industry professionals nationwide about the challenges faced by our country's soldiers when returning home from war. Over the last seven years, the American Warrior Initiative has provided assistance to hundreds of wounded veterans, including service dogs, grants, financial support for housing, and more.

Carrie also hosts her own podcast called "Discovering W.I.S.E," where she shares insights, stories, and meaningful conversations, with the aim of inspiring and connecting women on their journey to excellence. Her podcast reflects her dedication to fostering authentic connections and uplifting individuals on their personal journeys.
